After Unboxing
- Your pillow arrives vacuum-packed and will look flat at first. Pat the sides firmly and give it a few days to fully expand to its plush shape.
- To smooth out travel creases in the velvet cover, hang it in a warm room before fitting it back on.

- Unzip the cover fully before washing to avoid snagging.
