Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer based in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
How to Cancel
To cancel, simply contact us at support@mystellarshop.com within 14 days of receiving your item, stating your order number. You do not need to give a reason.
Returning the Item
Once you’ve told us you wish to cancel, you must return the item to us within 14 days, in its original condition where possible. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Your Refund
We will refund you the full price paid (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of you providing proof of postage, whichever is sooner.
