Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy allows exchanges only for items that arrive defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact our support team and send the item to the return address provided.

Sale Items

Our refund and returns policy only allows refunds for regular-priced products. Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items.

Gift Returns

If someone purchased an item as a gift and shipped it directly to you, we provide store credit for the return value once we receive the item.

However, if the buyer purchased the gift and shipped it to themselves first, we send the refund directly to the original buyer.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, send your item to the official return address provided by our store.

Customers must cover the return shipping cost, and we cannot refund shipping fees.

If we approve your refund, we deduct the return shipping cost from the refund amount.

For higher-value products, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. These options help ensure the item arrives safely.
