How to use:

Step 1: Connect the power supply.

Step 2: Press the bottom button and, after 2 seconds, the washing machine will start. After the machine is turned on and the mode is selected, do not touch it anymore. Cleans automatically.

Step 3: Select the time of cleaning. There are three icons from left to right. The first icon has a standard wash time of 10 minutes, the second icon has a gentle wash time of 15 minutes and the third icon has a half dehydration time of 2 minutes (the icon is lit to indicate which cleaning mode has been selected). Quickly press the bottom button to switch to different modes of cleaning. For more details, please refer to the video explanation

Step 4: After cleaning, press the bottom button. After 2 seconds, the washing machine will stop. Note: If you want to repeat cleaning, you can repeat the above operation

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • You receive the wrong item

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
